FAQ Adapters: What does the dots mean on my adapter ringUpdated a year ago

These are the aperture markings on our adapter moving ring left opens aperture. Turning aperture ring right is closing aperture.

The Green square around the circle on the left means the lens aperture would be set to wide open, when the red dot is above the left circle symbol. 

The Blue square around the solid right dot means the lens aperture would be set to closed down, when the red dot is above the right circle symbol. and is as far closed as the lens is capable of.
